Mahatma Anand Swami Prerna Diwas was celebrated on 5-10-2013 by Arya Yuva Samaj Haryana at Thermal Colony Panipat under the able guidance of Dr. D. Vidyarthi, Regional Director, like every year. To adorn this ceremony the President of D.A.V. College Managing Committee, New Delhi Sh. Punam Suri Ji arrived with his wife as the Chief Guest and there were other great personalities like Mrs. J. Kakriya (Director) Sh. Mahesh Chopra (Cashier) Sh. R.K. Sethi (Cashier)  Sh.  S.K. Sharma (Director of Publication Division) and all the Principals of the zone to make this ceremony memorable. 

The students and staff of D.A.V. School Tohana also participated enthusiastically under the noble guidance of the Principal of the school. On this occasion many competitions were organized and our school secured second position in Yajna Rachao competition and quiz competition related to the same theme. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Sh. Punam Suri, President of DAVCMC, Dr. Dharamdev Vidyarthi Regional, Director Panipat Zone presented a memento to  Dr. Mala Upadhyaya and the participants were also given Prizes and certificates for their admirable participation.
